A Victorian period hanging lamp or chandelier from about 1880 originally burned kerosene, and has been electrified and rewired.
The solid brass frame supports a milk glass dome shade. An original "smoke bell" captured soot, there is a glass chimney on this American made antique light fixture.
Size is 14" diameter and 33" tall, excluding the adjustable upper chain and ceiling cap for a standard electric box.
