A late Victorian or Eastlake period chest or dresser from about 1885 has a marble top. Solid walnut, the renewed finish is in excellent condition on this American made furniture. Drawers have dovetailed joints.
The original swivel mirror has antique "smoke" to show its age, and could be replaced if this is not charming. There are tiny fossils in the marble, which has been polished and sealed to resist stains.
Dimensions are 39" wide, 19" deep, 74 1/2" tall and the marble top is 30" high.
