A tobacco humidor box from the Arts and Crafts or Mission Oak period dates from about 1900, and is lined in milk glass.
The original finish is very well preserved and has been waxed and buffed, so all that is needed to maintain its luster is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth. The lock and key work, patinated brass mounts are original. A presentation plaque was never engraved on this American made antique Craftsman box.
Size is 11 1/2" wide, 8" deep and 5" tall.
