A genuine Windsor armchair from about 1780 is in very fine condition, with great patina and a wonderfully worn red and black finish.
The frame is tight and strong on this very usable large chair. Hand crafted of mixed hardwoods in New England, there are losses where a cushion was once tacked, see photos.
Measurements are 25" wide, 20" deep, 38" tall and the seat is 18" high.
