A solid oak 50 drawer laboratory cabinet could also function as a jewelry chest or collector file. Dating from about 1900, the signature reads, "Kewauneer Manufacturers, Laboratory Furniture Experts, Adrian, Mich. and Kewaunee, Wis."
The outside has a restored deep finish in excellent condition. Doors have a working lock on this American made piece.
Drawers have original brass pulls and label holders, there is a slight residue from old label on the fronts, see photos. There are ridged inserts on the sides with some metal dividers, the original use of this antique furniture is unknown. Drawer interior measurements are 3" wide, 4" tall and 17 1/2" deep.
Cabinet size is 31 1/2" wide at the crown, 27" deep and 60" tall.
