An English Tudor design oak sideboard, server or buffet is signed by premier maker, "Berkey & Gay." There is a removable silverware caddy inside.
The restored finish is in excellent condition on this American made furniture, preserving a few stains on the top for a little antique character, see photos.
Richly carved, the trestle base has been reglued to serve another generation. Wrought iron hardware is original. Drawers have solid mahogany sides with dovetail joints.
Size is 74" wide, 22" deep and 38 1/2" tall.
