Oak Carved Country French Antique 1880 Armoire, Wardrobe or Closet #29644

A large Country French armoire was hand hewn of solid oak about 1880 with a wonderful arched top. Every surface is hand planed, panels are raised and joints have carved wooden pegs.

The restored gleaming finish is in excellent condition on this antique furniture from France. There are mars and shrinkage separations from age, see photos. The right door has a small warp as shown. A giant lock and key still work.

Inside shelves are adjustable and removable. Interior depth is 22," so a closet pole could be installed if desired.

This armoire does not disassemble, so care should be taken with measurements for delivery. Size is 67" wide tip to tip, 25" deep and 95" tall.
