There are 33 drawers of various sizes in this early 1900's quarter sawn oak filing cabinet. Seven stacking modules have original coppery patinated hardware, pulls and label holders. The signature "Globe" is by the famous maker of stacking lawyer's bookcases.
The old finish has just enough wear for a little warm antique patina on this American made library or office furniture.
Twelve upper drawers have interior dimensions of 18" wide, 11" deep and 1" high, the next twelve are 15" deep. Seven standard legal or letter file drawers below have adjustable pushers. The four legal size files have tilting fronts for easier access. Between them are two narrow file drawers.
Overall measurements are 41 1/2" wide, 26" deep and 73" tall.
