A tall case "Grandmother" size clock from about 1920 has a movement signed by famous German maker, "Winterhalder." The mahogany case has inlaid genuine rosewood panels, signed by "Colonial" Clock Co. of Michigan. The restored finish is in excellent condition on this antique furniture.
The signed silent brass movement has seven jewels, and runs a week on a winding. Professionally cleaned and oiled, it keeps accurate time. On the dial is the Latin motto for "Time Flies."
Dimensions are 10" wide at the feet, 8" deep and 69 1/2" tall including the finial on the arched crest.
