This French cartouche wall clock from about 1890 is genuine cast bronze in the Rococo manner with fine hand work, signed by famous maker, "A. D. Mougin, Due Medailles," awarded Two Medals.
The original brass pendulum movement keeps accurate time for a week on a winding. A silvery bell counts the hours and rings the half hour on this palatial antique clock.
The door has beveled convex glass, the porcelain dial has cobalt blue numerals.
Measurements are 9 1/2" wide, 21" tall and 4 1/2" deep.
