A solid quarter sawn oak stacking file cabinet from about 1900 has 12 drawers of various sizes, signed "Shaw Walker." Made for a St. Paul MN lawyer's office, one upper drawer has an unexplained bullet hole, now plugged, see photos.
The restored finish is in excellent condition on this American made antique library or office furniture. Patinated brass hardware is original, including an "SW" monogram. Upper drawers plus the three standard file drawers have adjustable pushers.
Size is 42" wide, 26" deep and 65" tall.
