Solid walnut, a late Victorian or Eastlake period dining table has six 10 3/4" wide leaves with matching skirts or aprons. The lavishly carved pedestal opens to reveal a hidden center leg for extra support when extended.
The restored finish is in excellent condition on this American made antique furniture. There are minor shrinkage separations from age, see photos. This table opens and closes smoothly on modern steel slides.
Measurements are 29 1/2" tall, legroom is 25 1/2," length when closed is 46" square, and with all six leaves in place, length is almost 110" overall.
