A marvelous wine and cheese sideboard, server or kitchen island or counter from about 30 years ago is signed "Jean Utges" of Malemort, near Bergerac in south central France.
Expertly crafted of solid oak with raised panels, joints have carved oak pegs. On the top are butcher block and granite work surfaces plus a stainless steel knife holder.
The restored finish is in excellent condition on this French vintage furniture. Drawers have original hardware plus solid oak sides with dovetail joints. Below are divided sections for wine bottle plus a locking compartment for precious bottles.
Measurements are 69" wide, 25" deep, the work area is 36" high including the raised butcher block.
