This Victorian table from about 1870 was originally made for displays in a jewelry store, today it could function as a kitchen island, wine and cheese tasting table or work counter. Hand carved of solid butternut, legs are fluted.
The restored finish is in excellent condition, preserving just enough mars and dings for a little antique character. Strong and sturdy, this is American made furniture. Drawers have original pulls and hand cut dovetail joints, the other side has false drawer fronts for symmetry.
