A Victorian period solid quarter sawn oak combination secretary desk and bookcase dates from the very early 1900's. The original shaped and beveled mirror has a little "smoke" to show its age on this American made antique furniture. Deep carving is artistic.
The restored finish is in excellent condition, preserving a few mars and stains for antique character. The dropfront opens to cubicles for papers, a key operates the dropfront and lower door only. Bookshelves are adjustable, and the larger door has original curved wavy glass.
Measurements are 38 wide, 13 1/2" deep and 71" tall.
