This Victorian quarter sawn oak dining table from about 1900 has a pedestal with spectacular deeply carved lion heads and paw feet.
Six 12 1/2" wide leaves have skirts or aprons that are similar to the table, see photos. When extended, the sculpted pedestal "splits," revealing a hidden center leg for extra support.
The deep restored finish is in excellent condition on this American made antique furniture. Leaves fit and match very well, the slides open and close smoothly.
Measurements are 54" across, 30" tall, legroom is 26" and with all six leaves in place, length is 129."
