A traditional banker's armchair from about 1915 was carved of solid birch hardwood, signed by famous maker, "Globe Wernicke of Cincinnati, OH." The sculpted seat, curved lumbar spindles and curved back and arms are comfortable.
The restored rich finish is in excellent condition on thi American made antique library or office furniture. Reglued to serve another generation, the rugged frame is strong and durable.
Measurements are 23" wide, 24" deep, 32" tall and the seat is 18" high.
