Victorian Antique Brass Double Electrified Student Desk Lamp, Manhattan #34983

A Victorian period double student desk lamp is signed "Manhattan Brass Works, NY, Pat. May 20, 1879." Solid brass, this lamp originally burned oil or kerosene from the brass font, and has been electrified.

Height is adjustable on this antique American made light. Milk glass shades have minor flakes on the rim. There is a switch on the cord, two sockets fit standard candelabra base bulbs, not included.

Measurements are 23" across, 9" deep and 26" tall.
