A solid oak architect's drafting desk from the 1920's could function for an artist, as a kitchen counter island or wine and cheese tasting table. Signed "Kewaunee Furniture" of Wisconsin, this desk was used standing or sitting with a tall stool.
Made for a trade school, there is a compartment for drawing supplies and drawers. The footrest bar is iron.
The restored finish is in excellent condition, showing quarter sawn grain on this American made antique furniture.
Measurements are 34" wide, 27" deep and 40" tall.
