This gorgeously carved French armoire would make an excellent bookcase or display cabinet.

• French antique 1910s period furniture
• Signed "Les Fils (Sons of) d'Alfred Wimphen"
• Deeply hand carved walnut with a stunning crest and gracefully curved sides
• Original finish has been waxed and buffed, preserving minor wear. All that is needed to maintain the soft luster is an occasional wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
• Shrinkage separations from age - see photos
• Brass hardware, door has working double-throw lock & key
• Drawer has hand cut dovetail joints
• Beveled and shaped glass doors
• Removable black finish wood shelves are later
• Lights could be added if desired
• Disassembles into many pieces for delivery

Size is 61" wide, 25" deep and 104" tall.
