Antique 5'6" Mahogany Rolltop Desk, Raised Panels

This antique solid mahogany "S" curve roll-top desk dates from about 1900 and has raised panels on all sides, it is signed "City Desk, USA." The rich deep finish is in excellent condition with lots of character and patina - mars, dings and wear from a century's use, see photos.
Heavy weight bronze pulls are original. Deep drawers include two large file drawers, all are dovetailed except for the center drawer which was rebuilt. Two pull-out shelves add workspace. The roll operates smoothly - inside are tiny compartments, pencil drawers, letter holders and mail slots.
Clean lines and rich natural wood distinguish this American antique furniture, which can be disassembled for moving.
Size is 5' 6" long, 3' deep, 49" tall, the work area is 30" high, the generous kneehole is 30" wide and 25" high.
