- Oak with loads of quarter sawn grain
- Old varnish has been cleaned and preserved with a coat of clear finish
- Minor dings, mars, & shrinkage separations - see photos
- Brass hardware is original
- Bottom drawer has dovetail joints
- Original wavy glass
- Top two sections are fastened together, removes as one unit and can be rescrewed to lower desk to standard seated height
