Magnificently hand crafted with leaded beveled glass doors, bronze mounts and marble serving area, this antique back bar, server or china cabinet is in marvelous condition.
The original polished finish is excellent with a few mars and warm patina. Every piece of glass and mirror is beveled, we see a few scratches and tiny corner chips to the windows - see photos. Original cast bronze mounts are remarkably detailed, with floral embossing, possibly including hops.
Cabinetry is mahogany with subtle inlaid marquetry and banding. Note a small warp on the bottom left door.
The striking design of this majestic furniture shows both Art Nouveau and Art Deco influence, and dates from about 1910.
This opulent antique disassembles into manageable pieces for moving. The marble in the open serving area is excellent, and there is a label from Milano (Milan), Italy's richest city on the back. Dimensions are 6'7" wide, 22" deep and 7'5" tall.
