An antique wall shelf or plate rack was hand carved in the Black Forest where France, Switzerland and Germany meet.
- Antique furniture from about 1870
- Hand sculpted high relief lion heads with brass mouth rings
- Solid oak
- Later back panel for structural support
- Original finish has been waxed and buffed preserving dings mars and warps. All that is needed to maintain the soft luster is an occasional wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
- Plate grooves on shelves for display
Size is 70" wide, 5" deep and 27.5" tall.
