A well-appointed walnut dining table with 2 leaves shows English Tudor design, and is accented with burl and marquetry in oak, satinwood and ebony. Recalling the look of traditional English country houses, this is a stately and dignified dining table.
An authentic antique from the 1920's, the finish is superb with glowing warm patina. The pedestals and deep moldings are well proportioned on this expertly-crafted furniture. Both 17 1/2" wide leaves are original with matching aprons, they fit and match well.
Dimensions are 46" wide, 30 1/2" tall, legroom is 25 1/2" high, length closed is 5' 8" long and with both leaves in place, length is 8' 7" total. Matching pieces in last two photo are sold separately.
