Palatial and dramatic furniture from a palazzo near Genoa in northern Italy, a green marble top dining, library or hall table is opulent with a carved frieze and classical carved gold angels supporting the top.
Original furniture from the 1920's, condition is remarkable. The marble top has beautiful grain plus a few chips and repairs at the edges, you can feel natural lines and irregularities in the matte unpolished finish.
Lavish hand-carved artistry in walnut is masterful everywhere. The finish is in excellent condition with glowing warm patina.
Size of this imposing antique is 7' 5" long, 40" wide, 32" tall with 26" legroom underneath.
