Country Pine 1900's Antique Primitive Firewood Box or Hopper

A country pine firewood box or hopper with a slant lid has many uses, it dates from the early 1900's.
This kitchen primitive has a fine old finish with lots of antique character, mars and shrinkage separations from age. Waxed and buffed, only an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth is needed to maintain its patina. Brass hinges are original on this Wisconsin made furniture.
Measurements are 24" wide, 22" deep and 31 1/2" tall.
