A marvelous china, curio cabinet or bookcase is grained curly maple, and appears to be the hand work of famous Ohio craftsman, David T. Smith, but there is no signature, so it cannot be proven. Not factory made, this understated furniture has every hallmark of the "Workshops of David T. Smith, Lebanon-Morrow, Ohio."
Wavy glass panes, beaded ship lap back boards, hand painted tiger maple grain and black-green moldings all show the master craftsmanship and attention to detail this beloved maker is known for.
About 10 years old, this custom vintage furniture is in excellent condition, and in two separate pieces for easier handling. Shelves are adjustable on pegs, dimensions are 67" wide, 19" deep and 82" tall.
