This Victorian or Eastlake salvage crest or crown is all original and dates from the 1870's. Solid walnut with burl panels, this fragment was delicately carved.
The original finish is charmingly crazed or crackled and has warm antique patina.
American made, size is 40 1/2" wide, 15" tall and 4" deep.
