Signed "Edison," a floor model mahogany phonograph is in beautiful condition. The gold-plated hardware is all original, this record player works very well, with remarkably fine tone.
A selection of original Edison records is included as shown, this machine plays only genuine Edison records. The finish is excellent, with the original gold signature under the lid.
A plate is engraved model "S19, Thomas Edison Co, NJ" and the latest patent date is May 23, 1916. The sliding volume control moves an "earmuff" in the horn, which is behind the grillwork in front.
Dimensions of this nostalgic American antique are 20" wide excluding the removable crank, 20" deep and 45" tall.
