A magnificent round Empire mahogany dining table has a massive pedestal with carved lion paw feet and six leaves. When opened, the pedestal "splits," revealing a hidden center leg for extra support.
The restored finish is in excellent condition preserving a few mars for antique character. Made in America about 1910, leaves fit and match well and have matching skirts or aprons.
Measurements are 57" diameter, 30 1/4" tall, legroom is 26", there are 6 leaves at 12" each, overall length is 10' 6".
