Signed "Burg Schloss" and "MDS," this hand stitched needlepoint and petite point tapestry dates from the late 1800's.

Crafted in Germany, this antique textile depicts a castle in Solingen, "SchloÃ¯Â¿Â½ Burg an der Wupper," a tributary of the Rhine River. Newly and expertly framed, this work of art has muted but rich shades.

Overall size is 28" tall and 42" wide.
