French Design 1940's Carved Sofa

Carved of solid fruitwood in the French manner, this 1940's era sofa is signed "Custom Built by Deutsch Bros., Chicago."
Elegant yet strong and solid, the frame is gracefully curved and has an excellent finish. The upholstery is not worn, it was kept under clear plastic covers, and has some yellowing from the plastic, there are also stains on the seat cushion backs and edges, just visible from the top at the edges, see photos. Springs are comfortable but firm.
Size of this American made vintage furniture is 88" long, 33" deep, 38" tall and the seat is 19" high.
