Georgian Style Library or Writing Desk, Tooled Leather, 7 Seas by Hooker #28786
This Georgian style writing desk is mahogany with traditional carved claw and ball feet, signed "Seven Seas Collection by Hooker."
About 25 years old, the restored finish is in excellent condition on this American made vintage library or office furniture. There is wear and a few dings for character to the gold tooled leather top, see photos. The top has a slight sag from age as shown.
Drawers glide smoothly, the center drawer has a drop front for a keyboard. There is a hanging file drawer as well. Pierced brass hardware is original.
Measurements are 60" long, 30" deep, 30" tall and legroom is 24" underneath.
