Midcentury Modern 1950's Vintage Jeweler Display Showcase, Neon Light, Signed

Signed "R. W. McGrath," this Midcentury Modern display showcase was made for a Chicago jewelry store about 1950.
The outside is matched figured walnut with an excellent restored finish, the interior is curly "birdseye" maple.
A custom neon light is concealed under the bronze rim of this vintage commercial furniture. On the back is a smooth rolling sliding door with storage below. The plate glass top has minor scratches and dings, it could be replaced if desired.
Measurements are 44" long, 20" deep and 40 1/2" tall.
