Railroad Roll Top 1880's Antique Desk, Stand Up Or Stool Height
Made for an Illinois train depot around 1880, this solid walnut roll top desk was made to use standing or with a stool.
The satiny finish is in excellent condition all around, sides and back are paneled. Deep drawers have hand cut dovetail joints.
A pull out shelf affords extra workspace on this American made antique office furniture. The lock is missing on the roll, which glides smoothly over tiny letter cubicles inside.
Measurements are 43 1/2" wide, 27 1/2" deep, 39 1/2" tall and the desktop is 32" high.
