This magnificent Renaissance design walnut and matched burl king size bed has columns with Ionic capitals.

Majestic antique furniture crafted for a palazzo in northern Italy about 1915, the finish is excellent with wonderful warm patina and only slight wear. The carved artistry in high relief has grandeur and sophistication, boldly scaled and well proportioned.

Skillfully adapted for standard modern king size bedding, dimensions are 6'8" wide, 8'2" long, the headboard is 6'1" tall, the footboard is 34" tall.
