Rosewood Demilune Half Oval Vintage French Hall Console Table, Marble Top

An elegant 1920's half oval or demilune console table from France is genuine rosewood with ebony banding and an excellent restored finish.

A label from "The French Shop of Chicago" survives on the back. The richly grained marble top has been polished and sealed to resist stains. Curved drawers have solid oak sides with hand cut dovetail joints.

The key is a handle only, locks do not operate. Cast brass mounts are original on this vintage salon furniture.

Size is 35" wide, 14" deep and 35' tall.
