This wonderful Arts and Crafts 54" round oak table dating from about 1900 extends to 10 1/2' long. Best of all, it is solid quarter sawn oak with a laminated, skirt or apron like a grand piano. The distinctive oak has beautiful "flake" fine grain and a superb finish in a rich medium brown color.
The pedestal splits into 2 halves when extended, revealing a center leg for extra support. There are six 12" leaves, all fit and match very well. This antique table opens and closes smoothly, and the pedestal has the graceful and simple lines from the Mission Oak period.
Measurements of this exceptional round oak table are 54" diameter, 28 1/2" tall, extending to 10 1/2' long, with 24 3/4" of legroom underneath.
