All six of these Arts and Crafts or Mission period solid quarter-sawn oak dining chairs are rugged and strong. The deep brown finish is superb, and this furniture is meant for everyday use. The comfortable seats have been newly padded and upholstered.
These chairs have been expertly re-glued for strength and durability, the joints are tight and solid. Chairs are the hardest used of all furniture, they need more gluing, tightening and restoration, more - than any other household furnishing.
Our skilled woodworkers have checked for problems, disassembled, removed old glue, applied fresh glue and clamped these chairs to give them another generation of service. The price of our chairs includes restoration, and they are ready to use - durable and usable for modern lifestyles.
Classic American antique furniture from about 1910, size is 16" wide, 17" deep, over 37" tall and seats are 18" high.
