Richly carved of oak in English Tudor or Renaissance style, these 6 chairs have an impeccable medium brown finish. They date from the 1920's and are very sturdy and solid.
These chairs have been expertly re-glued for strength and durability, the joints are tight and solid. Chairs are the hardest used of all furniture, they need more gluing, tightening and restoration than another household furnishing.
Our skilled woodworkers have checked for problems, disassembled, removed old glue, applied fresh glue and clamped these chairs to give them another generation of service. The price of our chairs includes restoration, and they are ready to use - durable and usable for modern lifestyles.
Newly padded and upholstered, seats are 19" high. The arm chair is 26" wide, 25" deep, and 44" tall, the five side chairs are 21" wide, 23" deep and 43" tall.
