All newly upholstered, a set of 8 Tudor design chairs were expertly hand carved of solid quarter sawn oak about 1920.
The lustrous finish is excellent on strong and durable frames, these antique chairs are large and well padded for comfort, fabric is soft and understated.
Hand carved details reflect the golden age of the Tudor Royalty, Elizabeth and Henry VIII.
This historic antique furniture from northern Europe has an understated country manor sensibility.
Two arm chairs measure 26" wide, 25" deep, 45" tall and seats are 21" high. Six side chairs are 20" wide, 21" deep and 42" tall.
