Ship Antique Nautical Brass Pressure Gauge, Signed Smith of Birmingham, England

Salvaged from a ship, this brass "Compound Pressure" gauge is around 75 years old, signed "Sydney Smith & Sons, Birmingham, England."
Red vacuum numbers in inches of mercury and black "Lbs. per inch" also have a metric scale on this antique nautical instrument. The paint on the dial is deteriorated from age, see photos. We do not know if this is in working condition.
Size is 8 1/4" diameter and 2" deep.
