Victorian Antique Hanging Oil or Kerosene Lamp, Hand Painted Rose Glass Shade
A lovely Victorian period hanging lamp or chandelier from the 1880's has an embossed rosy brass frame, original oil or kerosene burner and a glass dome shade with hand painted roses that appear original.
The raising mechanism was not reliable has been locked at the length shown. This American made antique light has a glass oil font.
The shade is 14" diameter and length when hung on a ceiling hook is 36" overall.
