This authentic Victorian solid oak roll-top desk was expertly made about 1900, and has a pull-out inkwell. The golden finish is excellent with just enough mars at the edge to give a little character.
The roll operates smoothly, and there are tiny drawers and cubicles inside with old inkstains. Letter slots are at both ends of this antique furniture, plus 2 pull-out shelves.
Deep drawers below are all dovetailed, and dimensions are 4 1/2' wide, 32" deep, 4' tall, the writing surface is 30" above the floor. The kneehole measures 24 1/2" wide and 27" tall at the center. The chair is not included. C-D1727
