Hand carved in the Black Forest region of Germany about 25 years ago, a traditional cuckoo clock keeps accurate time. The wooden case has cuckoo birds and leaves and a fine deep finish.
A door opens and the cuckoo bird pops out to "sing" the half hour and count the hour. Iron pine cone weights are wound by pulling the chain every few days.
Excluding weights, size is 10" wide, 18" tall and 7" deep.
