An elegant writing desk was hand crafted of solid walnut in France in the 1940's.
The renewed satiny finish is in excellent condition on this European vintage library furniture. Superior quality throughout, drawers have hand cut dovetail joints and understated detailing is exquisite. Hand chased brasses are original.
Size is 54" wide, 28" deep and 30" tall, the knee opening is 20" wide and 24" tall.
