Lamp with Curved Stained Glass Panel Shade, 1915 Signed Antique

From about 1915, this table lamp has an original shade with six curved stained "slag" glass panels, all undamaged. The filigree shade and embossed heavy weight base have a fine deep bronze finish. There is an embossed signature mark on the bottom, see photos.
Brass standard base sockets with pull chain switches have been rewired for safety on this American made antique light.
Shade diameter is 16" and overall height is 20 1/2."
