A sweet little 1880's Victorian jewelry chest or sewing box has a velvet pin cushion on top.
Walnut with hand cut maple filigree panels, the original finish is very well preserved with a little wear as shown. The lock and key work on this American made antique. There is an iron tab on the front for unknown reasons, it might have attached to a larger sewing table.
Size is 4 1/2" square and 4 1/2" tall.
