A four drawer quarter sawn oak filing cabinet from about 1915 was signed, "Library Bureau, Sole Makers." This top quality furniture was furnished by the Carnegie Foundation to libraries across the country.
The restored finish is in excellent condition on this office antique. Cast bronze pulls and label holders are original. Drawers operate smoothly on wooden slides, they have original adjustable pushers and later hanging file holders which are removable. Sides are paneled.
Measurements are 18" wide, 27" deep and 52" tall.
